Attention Getters

In an emergency or safety situation, people who use AAC may need ways to get attention. They might use their voice, body language or speech generating device, call bell or alarm. Attention getting messages can be preprogrammed into speech generating devices. Click here to view a sample of some attention getting messages.

Participants in this project wanted to know about ways to get attention.
