Assessment Tools

The Reducing the Risk Safety surveys were developed with input from adults who have physical disabilities, who use AAC and who live in the community.

The intent behind these surveys is to present topics and questions that can be explored on an individual basis with youth and adults who use AAC. At this time they are not intended to be fully comprehensive tools and we recognize that each individual has unique skills, tools, and living contexts that impact on their safety needs.

We encourage you to download these surveys (free of charge), to use them and to give us feedback.
