We are interested in hearing from you about the need for communication assistant services for people who use AAC.  We will use your information to continue to generate resources to support adults who use AAC to participate fully in their communities.

Please complete this questionnaire and email it to us. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to reply to each submitted questionnaire but we can assure you that we will update our website about new communication assistant projects that we undertake.
